This page is for photos of the Raja Ashtanga Yoga Teacher Training Program and its graduates, our Focal Point Yoga Community!  We have photos from every YTT, but have not pictured all, so if you have a photo you would like to send in from our YTT program, please email it to Elena!

Never skip SAVASANA!  Yup, we get some time in Savasana in YTT! (learning some gentle assists in Savasana and some Reiki with Yoganand)

Sankyha Philosophy Lecture with Yoganand

Centering and Tadasana with Rich Chapelle (above)

Gail Walsh assisting Michele Laura in Kapotasana (This really feels GOOD if you are ready for it!  Can you see Michele's big smile?)

Kim Manning thought she would return the favor and assist Gail when we practiced Ashtanga Intermediate Series!

Some of us (Elena included) went White Water Rafting after YTT Graduation!  We make life-long friends and become part of a greater yoga community!  YAY!  (none of us fell out of the raft either!  Carl, the Spinning Instructor, organized this trip for us)

Some of us change our lives after the deeply transformational experience of yoga teacher training.  Jessica Eddy (pictured above with her little friend, the sea anaemone sitting on her head) moved to St. Thomas to teach yoga, and continue to pursue her life dreams (after being in the cold Boston weather for years, that was a big change for Jess) - she also plays guitar and leads kirtan beautifully!

That's all for our picture show for now.  We have lots of photos of many events during and after YTT (Yoga Teacher Training) in which our yogis form community, create  lifelong friendships, gain confidence, explore our life mission, and support one another along this path.  This does not mean you will form life long friends - but it happens.  We share so much, we form special bonds.  I hope from the photos you can see that we do a lot of work (lectures are hard to sit through for those of us who like to move and stretch) but we also grow in many ways.

For our YTT Graduates in Raja Ashtanga Yoga, if you have some photos you would like to share, please feel free to send them in!
