 | Rates Vary - For drop-in fees, session sign-up or

|
 | What to wear: comfortable exercise clothing.
Health Club (Gym) locations are generally colder (to accommodate the aerobic
classes), so dress in LAYERS. In cold weather, I recommend a unitard,
leggings or sweat pants, t-shirt or turtleneck AND a sweatshirt. If
you get warm, you can always take off a layer.
|
 | What to bring:
a LIGHT BLANKET, water bottle, a yoga mat if you have one (available
from the instructor, some locations provide yoga mats), and for Power Yoga
or Ashtanga, a towel.
|
 | Other useful items: eye pillow, yoga
ties, blocks, cushions. You will learn what tools are best for your practice
as you progress.
